Blair Villa/Poole Creek is a historically working-class, lower-income neighborhood situated in the far south of Atlanta along the Jonesboro Road corridor. Characterized by mid-century single-family ranch homes, vacant green parcels, and light industrial zones, it is largely car-dependent and residential. The area offers very little in the way of tourist attractions and contends with significant socioeconomic challenges.
